Attestation Section

The Chamber’s Membership & Registration Department - Attestation Section - render the following services to all Chamber members and individuals:

• Attestation to certificates of origin or source.

• Attestation to commercial invoices of goods after being duly checked and verified.

• Attestation to guarantees and solvency.

• Authentication to signatures of Chamber members or their authorized representatives.

• Attestation to copies of documents registered by the Chamber.

• Attestation involving dates of documents submitted to the Chamber.

• Attestation to all commercial and industrial certificates.

Attestation To Certificates Of Origin

Required Documents:

• Filling in the certificate of origin form and stating for available information, ascription; invoice number and value.

• The original and (5) five copies of the invoice should be attached to the certificate of origin.

• Certificate of Origin Book is available for members at the Chamber’s cashier against Dh. 150/=. The book is binding (50) certificates; each is composed of (5) copies in assorted colors.

• Attestation is made to all Gulf, Arab and foreign certificates of origin, except those involving national industries, which are to be attested by the Ministry of Economy Commerce (as per the relevant resolution issued by the U A E Council of Ministers).
