Apply for Duty Exemption: through this service
the client enters the details of the industrial duty exemption transaction for
the raw material which he wants to clear. After entering the required data, the
client can go directly to customs authority where his goods exist to the
acquisition on their acceptance if his transaction is correct.
Make Changes on Raw Materials List: the client can benefit
from three types of services to make changes he might need to the factory’s raw
materials list. These services are as the following:

Add Item Request: when a factory
creates a new production line, it might want to import a new material that
wasn’t specified before when getting the industrial license. In this case the
factory can apply for ‘Add Item Request’ which is sent electronically to
the Ministry of Finance & Industry to get the approval. The reply to this
request will be sent to the client’s email.
§
Increase Item's Quantity Request: when a factory
increases its production capacity, it might want to increase the quantity of
one or more of its raw materials. In this case the factory can apply for ‘Increase
Item’s Quantity Request’ which is sent electronically to the Ministry of
Finance & Industry to get the approval. The reply to this request will be
sent to the client’s email.

Exception Request: In some special
cases, the factory might want to increase the quantity of one or more of its
raw materials temporarily. For example, the factory signed agreement to
provision side by his product but Quantity rest primaries element suffice for
the factory continuation in his production until date renewal industrial
license. In this case the factory can apply for ‘Exception Request’
which is sent electronically to the Ministry of Finance & Industry to get
the approval. The reply to this request will be sent to the client’s email.
Display Raw Materials: this link allows the
client to view his factory’s raw materials list (item name, HS code,
measurement unit, total balance which means the item’s quantity and remaining
balance which means the remaining quantity of this item that the client can get
a duty exemption for).
